ICM Rendering Intent

Image Color Management (ICM) Rendering Intent specifies how color images appear on a printed page.

To select ICM Rendering Intent options:

1. On the Advanced tab, click Driver.
2. Click ICM Rendering Intent. Select an option:
   • Absolute Colorimetric provides exact color matches. The printer must support that specific color.
   • Relative Colorimetric previews color settings from another printer.
   • Photographs maximizes contrasts. Best for printing photographs or pictures with colors that blend together.
   • Business Graphics uses fully saturated, bright colors. Best for printing charts.
3. Click OK.
