Black and White Only

Black and White Only restricts a user from printing in color.

To set Black and White Only:

1. From the Devices and Printers window, right-click the printer, and select Printer properties.
2. Select the Administration tab.
3. Click Configurations > Black and White Only. Select an option:
   • Enabled sets Black and White Only as the default. You cannot select color options in the print driver.
   • Disabled turns off the Black and White Only feature.
4. Click OK.
