Apply Application Defaults
Apply Application Defaults allows you to determine when to override the pre-configuration settings defined by the administrator with the application default values.
To use Apply Application Defaults:
- From the Devices and Printers window, right-click the printer, and select Printer properties.
- Select the Administration tab.
- Click Configurations > Apply Application Defaults. Select an option.
- After Pre-Configuration: Overrides pre-configuration settings with application default values while printing an application.
- Before Pre-Configuration: Overrides the administrator enforced pre-configured default values with the application default values while printing an application.
- Click OK.
