Status Area

Printer status information appears in status area, including printer supply levels and print job status. This area appears below the print driver tabs when the printer is connected to your computer over a network and bi-directional communication is enabled.

Use the device status icons to check the status of the printer and its supplies. You can also view a summary of the device status by hovering the mouse pointer over the icons.

	Ready to print.
	A problem that does not prevent printing. For example, low paper in a tray.
	A problem that prevents printing.
	Displays the levels of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink or toner.
	Displays the level of paper in each paper tray.
	Displays if you choose to be notified when your job is done printing or cannot be printed.
	Displays the status of the device, active jobs, complete jobs, and printing permissions. You can access <Select Value> and Xerox support page for troubleshooting.
