Color Access Control

Color Access Control allows you to base color printing ability on Active Directory server groups.

To set Color Access Control:

1. From the Devices and Printers window, right-click the printer, and select Printer properties.
2. Select the Administration tab.
3. Click Configurations > Color Access Control > Enabled.
4. For Color Access Group, type a name for the Active Directory group. Separate multiple Active Directory groups with commas or semicolons.
5. Click OK.
