Xerox Black and White

Use the Xerox Black and White feature to convert all color in the document to black and white or shades of gray.

To print using a Xerox Black and White option:

  1. Click Print Settings > Printing Options.
  2. For Xerox Black and White, select an option.
    • Printer Default: This option uses the current printer settings.
    • On: This option prints in black and white only.
    • Off: This option prints in color.
  3. Click OK.
