Additional Spot Colorant

The Additional Spot Colorant feature is an imaging feature that allows you to use device-supported colors. In addition to Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, you can select more toner colors if they are available on the device. These additional colors substitute for the CMYK colors and provide better color output.

To select Additional Spot Colorant:

  1. On the Image Options tab, select the Enhancements subtab.
  2. For Additional Spot Colorant or any Spot Colorant option, select an option.
  3. Make selections as needed.
  4. Click OK.
