Protected Jobs Help
Protected Jobs are jobs that have been copied or moved from
Public Jobs into one or more of the Protected Job groups through
the Manage Saved Jobs function.
Jobs that have been protected by copying or moving them from the
Public Jobs page to any Protected Job group display on the Print
Saved Jobs > Protected Jobs page.
The Print
Saved Jobs page displays a list
of all of the jobs that have been saved
to the hard drive
for
later printing. Saved Jobs are typically
jobs such as forms and other documents
that
you routinely print. Select the jobs
that you want to print by clicking
the checkbox next to the title. If
you want to print the entire contents
of a group,
click Select
All and then click the print button.
Once you have selected the files or the
group
you
wish
to print,
you can request multiple
copies by entering a number in the Copies field.
If you want the jobs to be collated,
click the Collate Jobs checkbox.
Click the print button to print the
jobs.
Note: This function is only available in printer configurations
with hard drives.
