Custom Web Pages Help
The Custom Web Page allows you to add or replace custom files
or pages that you store on your printer's hard drive. You can also view a list
of files available for deletion.
Note: This function requires a printer with a hard drive.
Add/Replace Custom Files or Pages
To add a custom file, enter the name of the file you want to add
in the File text box or click Browse to locate the file on the
hard drive or network. A description is required for any new file to be added.
Enter a description of up to 80 characters for the file you want to add.
Click Add/Replace File to add the new file. The file list automatically
refreshes displaying your new file. The file list displays the files sorted
alphabetically by file name shown with its file description.
Notes: If a file exists with the same name, a message displays
warning you that you will overwrite an existing file. Click OK to continue
and overwrite the file or click Cancel to abort the action.
If no file is entered when you click Add/Replace File or
if the file is not found, an error message displays.
Delete Custom Files or Pages
To delete a custom file or page, click in the checkbox next to the
file you wish to delete in the file list. You may click more than one file or
click Select All to delete all pages and documents. Click Delete Files
to perform the function; a warning message displays requesting confirmation.
Click OK to continue or click Cancel to abort the process; the
file list automatically refreshes showing that the files have been deleted.
