Load Annotation

The Load Annotation feature allows you to use a saved annotation. You can use this option to replace an annotation that is set.

To load annotations:

  1. Click the Load Annotations folder icon.
  2. To use a saved annotation, from the list, select a saved annotation.
  3. To rename a saved annotation:
    1. From the list, select a saved annotation.
    2. Click the Edit button.
    3. In the Rename window, for Name, type a name.
    4. Click OK.
  4. To delete a saved annotation:
    1. From the list, select a saved annotation.
    2. Click the Delete button.
    3. At the prompt, confirm the deletion.
    4. Click OK.
  5. Click OK.
