The Status page and the Home page in CentreWare IS contain status messages that can help you troubleshoot the printer. PrintingScout alerts you with an on-screen message when the printer needs attention. When the status of the printer changes to either Warning or Error, as displayed on the Status and Home pages in CentreWare IS, a link appears. When you click this link, the printer automatically displays a message including text and illustrated steps showing you how to fix the printer. This way, for example, you'll know if you need to add paper or supplies, and can go to your printer prepared with the solution.
