Create Personal Saved Jobs Folder Help
Create a personal folder (login) name for storing and printing jobs, and assign a 4-digit numeric password to the folder on the Create Personal Saved Jobs Folder page. The name and password defined on this page are required to access the Personal Saved Jobs folder in CentreWare IS. If no personal folders exist when the Personal Saved Jobs link is first selected on the Print tab in CentreWare IS, the Create Personal Saved Jobs Folder page is displayed. Your personal folder is also created when you print a Personal Saved Job using the printer driver.
Personal Folder (login) Name must be unique, and can be a maximum of 31 characters in length. Folder name is not case sensitive.
Note: To use this folder with the printer driver, ensure that your Personal Folder (login) Name matches your Windows login name or Mac login (short name).
Numeric Password is required, and must be 4-digits in length. Enter the password again in the Verify Numeric Password field. The two passwords must match.
Click the Save Changes button to create the folder, or click Discard Changes to clear all fields on the page without saving any changes.
Note: This function is only available in printer configurations with hard drives.
