Configuration Error

There is a problem with the SNMP configuration of the printer or your computer.

Have your system administrator verify the SNMP community name and that SNMP v1 is enabled on the printer.

The default SNMP community name is public. If your system administrator changed the SNMP community name on the printer, change this setting on your computer to match:

  1. Click the Settings button in PrintingScout™ or select Troubleshooting in your printer driver.
  2. Under SNMP, type the new name for Community Name.
  3. Click the Save button.
