Printer Error
For all printer errors reporting a failure error on the control panel:
- Record the error displayed on the control panel.
- Press the Help (?) button to view information about the error.
- Record the error code number at the end of the information text.
- Open the interface cover.
- Turn off the printer.
- After the printer has completely shutdown, wait at least 10 seconds, and then turn on the printer.
- Close the interface cover.
- If the problem persists, access PhaserSMART®
or call Technical Support.
