Personal Saved Jobs Help
Personal Saved Jobs are jobs that have
been saved to the printer hard drive using the printer driver. Once saved, these jobs are available to reprint at any time through CentreWare IS or through the Print With feature of the printer driver. Personal Saved Jobs can be overwritten by jobs of the same name that are saved to the printer hard drive later by the same user (based on the user's system login name).
Select Personal Saved Jobs to print, delete or copy to the Shared Saved Jobs folder by selecting the checkbox next to the job Name. The Personal Saved Jobs page lists jobs saved on the printer hard drive by their hyperlinked Name and Description. To change job information such as job Name, click the Name or Description links to edit them on the Job Properties page.
Sort the jobs by Name, Description, or job creation Date in ascending order by clicking the column titles.
Enter the number of copies you would like printed of the selected jobs in the Copies field. The number of Copies must be between 1 and 999. The default setting is 1.
Select the Collate Jobs checkbox to collate multiple print jobs into sets. The default setting is unchecked (cleared).
Click the Print Jobs button to print the selected jobs. Selected jobs print in the order in which they appear on the page.
Click the Delete Jobs button to remove the selected jobs from the printer hard drive.
Click the Copy to Shared Saved button to copy the selected jobs to the Shared Saved Jobs folder. If a job with the same name exists in the Shared Saved Jobs folder, it will be replaced.
Jobs display 10 per page. Navigate through the pages to locate any job by clicking the left or right arrows, or click the drop-down list to select a page to display.
Access to the Personal Saved Jobs page is protected by the personal folder (login) name and password. If no personal folders exist when the Personal Saved Jobs link is first selected on the Print tab in CentreWare IS, the Create Personal Saved Jobs Folder page is displayed. Use the Create Personal Saved Jobs Folder page to create a personal folder (login) name and 4-digit numeric password. This page can also be accessed by clicking the Create Folder link under Personal Folders on the Properties tab.
Note: This function is only available in printer configurations
with hard drives.
