Both the Printer Drivers link and the Printer Management Software links direct you to the Xerox web site where you can access software for your printer. If you click the radio button for Custom link and configure custom URLs for either Printer Drivers or Printer Management Software on the Web Links page, these links will replace the Xerox URLs for those fields. You can access the Web Links page by clicking the Properties tab and selecting the Web Server Folder > Web Links.
