MaiLinX Trigger Settings Help
MaiLinX Triggers are settings that, when selected for specific user classes, cause email to be sent to those user classes regarding the specific conditions. To notify user groups when errors or warnings occurs, select the conditions for each user class. Click Save Changes to keep the settings or Discard Changes to retain the previous settings.
The conditions listed below cause the printer to stop printing jobs. MaiLinX Alerts can automatically notify specific users via email when these conditions occur.
Printer Unable to Print
These conditions cause the printer to stop:
- Engine Errors
- Paper Tray Errors
- Output Tray Errors
- Door or Cover Errors
- Paper Jam
- Toner Errors
- Other Replacement Part Errors
- All Errors Cleared
Check the boxes to set conditions individually for each user class, then click Save Changes to make these the default settings for MaiLinX Alert messages.
Printer Warnings
These conditions cause the printer to issue a warning:
- Paper Tray Warnings
- Output Tray Warnings
- Toner Warnings
- Other Replacement Part Warnings
- Job Accounting File Warnings
- All Warnings Cleared
Check the boxes to set conditions individually for each user, then click Save Changes to make your selections the default settings for MaiLinX Alert messages.
