PDF Settings Help
Use this to configure or adjust the printer PDF settings. These settings determine the way the printer prints PDF documents.
To configure PDF settings, select the following options:
Quantity - Specify the number of copies to print. You can specify a value from 1 through 999. The default setting is 1.
2-Sided - Set to 1-sided print or 2-sided print with the option of flipping the page on the long edge or the short edge.
Print Mode - Set the print mode to Normal, High Quality, or High Speed.
PDF Password - Enter the PDF password. Use the alphanumeric keypad to enter a password up to 32 characters.
Re-enter PDF Password- Enter the password again to verify the correct entry.
Collated - Set to collate print jobs.
Paper Size - Specify the print size for PDF documents.
Layout - Specify the default page layout for PDF documents.
Default Color - Specify the default color or black mode for PDF documents.
When you are satisfied with your selections, click Save Changes to keep the settings or Discard Changes to keep the previous settings.
