The Usage Profile gives a snapshot of usage information for a particular printer. It provides details regarding how the printer has been used. View the Usage Profile by clicking the View Usage Profile link on the Usage Profile Reports page, which is organized under on the the Jobs tab in CentreWare IS.

Printer Information - This section details the printer Name, IP Address, Network Address, Serial Number, printer firmware version information, Installed RAM, Power On Count, Power On Impressions, and Activation Date. Activation Date is the date that the printer was first activated or installed.

Note: On the Usage Profile, page or impression refers to a single-sided printed page, or one side of a sheet.

Billing Meters - This section displays the the number Black and Color pages printed, and includes the Total number of pages printed. The number of pages printed for Levels 1-3 are also provided.

Percent Usage by Print-Quality Mode - This section displays the percentage of pages printed in each print-quality mode. In addition to the PostScript print-quality modes supported by the printer, information is provided for PCL.

Estimated Coverage - This section includes the Imaging Unit Clean Count, and provides percentage estimates of the Average Coverage for each color ink over the life of the printer, and for the Last 30 Days.

Estimated Total Number of Ink Sticks Used - This section provides an estimate of the total number of ink sticks used for each color.

Maintenance Kit - Maintenance Kit information includes the Date the current Maintenance Kit was installed, its Percentage Remaining, the Print Count for the Maintenance Kit, and the Total Number of Maintenance Kits installed over the life of the printer.

Sheet Count by Paper Type - This section lists the number of sheets printed on various types of media used in the printer. The number of 2-sided sheets printed is also provided.

Report Information - This section includes the date and time the report was generated, and provides a link to the Usage Profile Reports page where you can access the full Usage Profile Report.

Equivalent Page Counting Details - This section provides estimates of the amounts of various sized media used equivalent to letter-sized paper.
