Setting up your Tektronix Phaser printer on a NetWare network

This is the procedure for installing your Tektronix color printer on NetWare 4.x (NDS mode) networks using Windows. Click on the links below to obtain detailed instructions on each step.
- If you are using a network card, the card must be installed in the printer. If the card is not yet installed in the printer, install it now.
- Connect the printer to the network (click on the type of interface you are using):
- Print a configuration page.
- Use NetWare's NWAdmin utility to configure the network and set up queues.
- The PhaserShare Administrator is the preferred tool for printer configuration in this environment. If you have not yet installed the PhaserShare Administrator, install it now.
- Use the PhaserShare Administrator to set up the print server (printer) with NDS tree, NDS context, and other parameters.
This completes the configuration.
