• General printer information, including TekColor settings

• Communication and network parameters for all ports

• SCSI disk settings (if the printer has a SCSI port)

There are three ways to print the Configuration Page:

• Use the printer's front panel. You can easily print the Configuration Page from the printer's front panel. Refer to Printing a Configuration Page: front panel. Use this method if your printer is not yet configured on the network.

• Use PhaserLink software. With a TCP/IP connection and a World Wide Web browser, you can use PhaserLink software; see Printing a Configuration Page: PhaserLink software.

• Send a PostScript file from your printer's network utilities software to the printer. See The printer's networking software for more information on your printer's network utilities software.
  • From a PC: send the file PRNTCNFG.PS. Use the DOS COPY command to send the file to the printer.

  • From a UNIX workstation: send the PC file PRNTCNFG.PS.

  • From a Macintosh: send the file Configuration Page. Send the file to your printer using the Apple Printer Utility (see Sending PostScript files to the printer: Apple Printer Utility).

1. While the Ready message is displayed, press the Menu button. The printer displays the first item in the menu:
   Help Pages

   <---- ----> Menu

   Press the Menu button to access the Help Pages. The following message appears:

   Menu Map

   <---- ----> Print

   Press the left arrow (<----) or right arrow (---->) buttons until the following message appears:

   Configuration Page

   <---- ----> Print

   Press the Print button.

1. From the printer's home page, click the Configuration button; this displays the View and Configure Settings page.

2. On the View and Configure Settings page, select Configuration Page from the pull-down list, then click the Print button.
