Setting up your Tektronix printer on a NetWare network

This is the procedure for installing your Tektronix color printer on NetWare 4.x (NDS mode) networks using DOS. Click on the links below to obtain detailed instructions on each step.
- If you are using a network card, the card must be installed in the printer. If the card is not yet installed in the printer, install it now.
- Connect the printer to the network (click on the type of interface you are using):
- Print a configuration page.
- Use PCONSOLE to set up the print server and queues.
- Use the utility file NDSON.PS to set up the printer for NDS connection mode, NDS context, and NDS tree.
This completes the configuration.
