Job List/Job History List Help

The Jobs tab enables you to check the details of print jobs requested via protocols or the printer control panel.

The Job List details print jobs being processed. No Job displays if no job is being processed. The Job History List details print jobs that are completed.

Information that appears on the Job List and Job History List includes:

Job Name - The name of the job.

Owner - The user who requested the job.

Host Name - The name of the host (client name) who requested the job.

Job Status - The printing or completion status of the job.

No. of Pages - The number of pages printed. This only displays on the Job History List.

Host I/F - The interface that accepted the job.

Job Submission Time - The time the job was sent by the host.

Click the Refresh Status button Refresh status button image on Job List or Job History List to refresh the status immediately.
