Ethernet Settings Help
Ethernet Settings - This setting is the rate at which data is communicated over a physical network connection. Full Duplex mode is bi-directional communication and means that both ends of the connection can send and receive data at the same time. Half Duplex speed is also bi-directional, but can only process data in one direction at a time. This setting becomes active after you save the changes, and then restart the printer from CentreWare IS or by manually switching it off and then on again. Supported values are:
- Automatic (default setting)
- 10Base-T Half Duplex
- 10Base-T Full Duplex
- 100Base-TX Half Duplex
- 100Base-TX Full Duplex
Current Ethernet Settings - This field displays the current Ethernet transmission speed.
MAC Address - This field displays the printer's factory-assigned hardware Ethernet (MAC) address.
When you are satisfied with your selection, click Save Changes to keep the setting or Discard Changes to keep the previous setting.
