Double-click the Apple Printer Utility icon; the Printer Selector window is displayed.
Select the zone (if applicable) and the printer. Click the Open Printer button; a dialog box is displayed containing Printer Information and Printer Preferences.
From the File menu, select Send PostScript File. Select the file you want to send from the list, then click the Add button. Click the Send button.
At the prompt Save PostScript output as: you are prompted to name the log file that the Apple Printer Utility creates for PostScript errors. Use either the default name given in the edit box or type in a new name. Click Save to send the file to the printer.
If the printer reports no PostScript errors, the Apple Printer Utility displays a dialog box. Click OK in the box to continue.
