With a TCP/IP connection and a World Wide Web browser, you can use PhaserLink software; see Changing the printer's zone: PhaserLink software.
With a PC running Windows on a NetWare network, you can use the PhaserShare Administrator; see Changing the printer's zone: PhaserShare Administrator.
On the View and Configure Settings page, click the link to the View and Configure Interface Settings page.
On the View and Configure Interface Settings page, click the link to the appropriate page: View and Configure EtherTalk Settings, View or View and Configure TokenTalk Settings.
Enter the desired zone in the Zone field.
Changing the printer's zone: PostScript utility files To change the printer's EtherTalk or TokenTalk zone, edit the appropriate PostScript language file and send it to the printer. The files are included with your printer's network utilities software. To change the EtherTalk zone, use the file Set EtherTalk Zone; to change the TokenTalk zone, use the file Set TokenTalk Zone.
Find the line:
(My Zone Name)
Replace the text inside the parentheses with the zone name you want to use.
Save the file as plain text.
Use the Apple Printer Utility to send the PostScript file; see Sending PostScript files to the printer: Apple Printer Utility.

Display the Protocol Settings dialog box.
In the Configure Printer dialog box, click the Ethernet tab; this displays the Ethernet tab.
In the Ethernet tab, click the Protocol Settings button; this displays the Protocol Settings dialog box.
In the EtherTalk tab, enter the desired zone in the Zone field.
Click OK. On the Phaser 380, 350, 340, 560, 550, 540, and 600 printers, a dialog box is displayed reminding you to reset the printer. Click OK to reset the printer.
