Note: The TIMEOUTS.PS file affects printer operation. If the printer is shared on a network, using this file may affect the prints requested by other users.

Locate the TIMEOUTS.PS file in the PHSR360 subdirectory inside the PHSRTOOL directory created on your hard disk by the printer's installer. Open the file in a text editor.
40 seconds for the wait timeout
60 seconds for the manual feed timeout.
A timeout value of 0 indicates no timeout; the printer waits indefinitely.
Note: For timeout problems in Windows, also increase the Transmission Retry to 999. Use one of the following methods to send the TIMEOUTS.PS file to the printer:
