When a jam occurs

The front panel reports Clear Jam at <Location>, and the location of the jam lights up on the printer icon.

Press the "i" button for information. Locate the indicated area on the printer to look for the jammed paper.

To reduce the frequency of media jams, use Xerox Office media. Make sure that media is loaded properly in the trays and that the blue paper guides are set flush against the media.
