1: Jam at A

Grasp the handle under the multi-purpose tray, on the bottom right side of the printer. Open the drawer.

Lift the metal plate by the blue handle.

Turn the knob to the left to release the media.
-
Gently remove the jammed media.
Solution
2: Jam at B
-
Grasp the handle under the multi-purpose tray, on the bottom right side of the printer. Open the drawer.

Gently pull the jammed media from under the drawer.
Solution
3: Jam in door of the optional Lower Tray Assembly

Open the right cover of the Lower Tray Assembly.
-
Gently remove the jammed paper and close the cover.
-
Pull out the paper tray from which the jam occurred.
-
Remove any misfed paper. Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly and that the paper guides are set flush against the paper.

Push in the paper tray.
