Phaser 360

Sharing the printer on a network

Prints do not reflect your settings

If you share a Phaser 360 printer with other users on a network, the following two conditions may affect your prints:

You can override those settings if you are printing from a supported driver by making sure that your color correction mode is set to any of the selections except Use Printer Setting. If you are printing from a nonsupported driver, you will need to either send a color correction utility file to the printer or change the printer's settings at the front panel.

If the colors on your prints are still not what you expected, and your system administrator has disabled some of the printer's front panel menus, ask what settings are in effect and whether a color correction utility file has been downloaded to the printer. You can also print a Configuration Page to see the current color correction selection; see Printing the Help Pagesfor instructions.

If the Apple Printer Utility does not work

The Apple Printer Utility cannot be used if the printer is connected to a print server. See your system administrator to temporarily remove the printer from the print server to download any of the PostScript utility files.
