Application Reduce/Enlarge

Application Reduce/Enlarge specifies the percentage to scale the pages in the application. For example, if a spreadsheet prints on two pages at 100%, specify 50% here to have the spreadsheet print on one page. The default value is 100%.

To select Application Reduce/Enlarge options:

1. On the Advanced tab, in Application Reduce/Enlarge, click the arrows to reduce or enlarge the percentage incrementally.
2. Click OK.
