The Status Report displays information regarding printer status for each of the printers in the printer list. The fields included are IP Address, Model, Status Detail, Pages Printed, and Contact. Click Print Report to print your report to any location you select from your printer driver, or click Export Data to export the data to a text file on the local machine. This text file could then be imported into another application for manipulation.

If you want to run a different report, click the Change Report Type button from any generated report page to return to the Reports page.

Note: Specific printer status and asset information can be displayed for Xerox^® ColorQube printers only.
