View and Configure Email Message Settings (Phaser 360 only)
On this page, you select from three configurations for each pairing of user and condition class. The users are: SysAdmin, Service, and Key User; the condition classes are: Serious Errors, Printer Unable to Print, and Printer Warnings. You can assign Default, Custom, or None to each of the nine possible user/condition class pairings.

Condition class Description (the same three choices are available for each condition class)
Admin "Serious Errors"

Default. Users are notified of conditions in this class according to the defaults listed under View and Configure Email Custom Settings (Phaser 360 only).

Custom. This field displays Custom if changes have been made in the View and Configure Email Custom Settings page. However, simply selecting Custom in this field does not cause any changes, you must make the changes in the View and Configure Email Custom Settings page.

None. Users are not notified of conditions in this class.
