Configuration software for NetWare This guide contains configuration procedures for NetWare 3.x, NetWare 4.x in Bindery mode, and NetWare 4.x in NDS mode. The following software tools are used in these procedures: Windows software PhaserShare Administrator (Tektronix). Use this application to configure the printer and the network with NetWare 3.x and 4.x in Bindery mode. Use it to configure the printer for NetWare 4.x in NDS mode. NWAdmin (Novell). Use this utility to configure networks running NetWare 4.x in NDS mode. DOS software NWSET (Tektronix). Use this application to configure Phaser 360 printers with NetWare 3.x and 4.x (both Bindery and NDS modes). Advanced Configuration Tool, or ACT (Tektronix). Use this application with Phaser 380, 350, 340, 560, 550, 540, and 600 printers to configure the printer and the network with NetWare 3.x and 4.x in Bindery mode. PCONSOLE (Novell). Use this utility to configure the network for Phaser 360 printers with NetWare 3.x and 4.x (both Bindery and NDS modes). PCONSOLE can also be used instead of the Advanced Configuration Tool to configure the network for Phaser 380, 350, 340, 560, 550, 540, and 600 printers.
