To send Usage Profile reports via email, Status Notification (Email Notification) must be properly set up for your printer. For more information, see PhaserLink Status Notification (Email Notification).

1. From the printer's home page, click Configuration; this displays the View and Configure Settings page.
2. On the View and Configure Settings page, select Usage Profile Full Report or Usage Profile Job Report from the Email pull-down list. Click  Email.

The recipients of this report are specified in the PhaserLink email notification pages.

• A job report is sent to the users specified in the Each Job field of the View and Configure Status Notification Custom (Email Custom) Settings page.
• A full report is sent to the users specified in the Regular Intervals field of the View and Configure Status Notification Custom (Email Custom) Settings page. A full report is also sent to Xerox if the Email to Xerox field in the View and Configure Status Notification (Email Notification) Settings page is set to On.
