Finisher Stacker Output Tray Failure

There is a problem with the finisher stacker output tray. Printing continues using the top output tray.

  1. Remove the paper from the stacker output tray.

  2. If the error continues, turn off the printer.

  3. On the back of the printer, unplug the finisher connector from the printer.

  4. Plug the finisher into the printer. Verify that the plug is securely fastened.

  5. Turn on the printer.
