There is a problem with the transfer unit.
Open the top cover.
Remove all four imaging
units.
Remove the transfer unit.
Turn off the printer.
Wait at least 10 seconds,
and then turn on the printer.
Reinstall the transfer
unit.
Reinstall the four imaging
units.
Slowly close the top
cover.
