A non-Xerox toner cartridge has been detected. Xerox cannot recommend use of non-Xerox toner cartridges, either new or remanufactured.
The Xerox Warranty, Service Agreements, and Total Satisfaction Guarantee do not cover printer damage as a result of non-Xerox toner cartridge usage.
When a non-Xerox toner cartridge is used, the printer will not print using the True 1200x1200 dpi print-quality mode. The printer also cannot report the status of the toner level in the cartridge.
