A non-Xerox drum cartridge has been detected. Xerox cannot recommend use of non-Xerox drum cartridges, either new or remanufactured.
The Xerox Warranty, Service Agreements, and Total Satisfaction Guarantee do not cover printer damage as a result of non-Xerox drum cartridge usage.
When a non-Xerox drum cartridge is used, the printer will not print using the True 1200x1200 dpi print-quality mode. The printer also cannot report the status of the drum cartridge.
