Drum Cartridge Failure

The sensor in the drum cartridge has failed. Printing continues but print quality may be poor. Replace the drum cartridge.

Caution:  Use caution, some components inside Door A may be hot.

  1. Open Door A.

  2. Open the printer front door.

  3. Lift the drum cartridge latch and remove the cartridge.

  4. Insert a new drum cartridge.

  5. Close Door A.

  6. Close the printer front door.
