A non-Xerox drum cartridge has been detected. Xerox cannot recommend use of non-Xerox drum cartridges, either new or remanufactured. The Xerox Warranty, Service Agreements, and Total Satisfaction Guarantee do not cover printer damage as a result of non-Xerox drum cartridge usage.

Phaser printers. For reliable printing, use genuine Xerox supplies. To
order a drum cartridge, contact your local reseller or visit the Phaser
