Jam at G

There is a jam at Door G. On the front panel of the printer, press the i button to view information about the front panel message.

  1. Open Door G.

  2. Push handle 3 downward.
    Refer to the labels inside Door G.

    Note:      If the stapler is in the way, slide the stapler toward you then to the right.

  3. Pull the jammed paper out of the printer. Confirm that all paper fragments are removed.

  4. Close handle 3 by lifting the handle upward.

  5. Close Door G.
