PhaserPrint for UNIX software

For UNIX environments, Tektronix offers the optional PhaserPrint for UNIX software. PhaserPrint for UNIX software includes driver-selectable printer options, and provides fast, raster file and screen copy printing to Tektronix color printers. The printer's CD-ROM contains a demonstration copy of the PhaserPrint for UNIX software, and an on-line instruction guide, in the UNIXDEMO directory. Downloadable printer utility files

If you do not have a licensed copy of PhaserPrint for UNIX software, you can use the PostScript utility files on the Phaser 360 printer's CD-ROM with UNIX and VMS workstations. These files let you set up your spooling system to select between media trays, print-quality modes, color correction modes, and other print controls. UNIX workstation users can access utility files in the following ways:

Copy the files from the Tektronix Phaser 360 printer's CD-ROM if your system includes a CD-ROM drive. Workstation-specific files are located in the bin directory.
Copy the files from the printer's diskettes. Workstation files are available in both Macintosh and PC format.
Access files from Color Printers Customer Support.

Download utility files from the Tektronix Bulletin Board Service (BBS); refer to Using Printer Utilities for information.
