MaiLinX Trigger Settings Help
MaiLinX Triggers are settings which, when selected for specific
user classes, cause email to be sent to selected user classes regarding the specific
conditions. To notify user classes when printer errors or warnings occur, select the
conditions for each user class on this page. See the Mail Alerts Help for more information on setting up MaiLinX Alerts.
The conditions listed below cause the printer to stop printing
jobs, or to issue a warning.
Printer Unable to Print
These conditions, except All Errors Cleared, cause the printer to stop. Select the checkboxes for each user class to notify the selected user classes via email when these conditions occur.
- Engine Errors
- Paper Tray Errors
- Output Tray Errors
- Door or Cover Errors
- Paper Jam
- Ink or Toner Errors
- Other Replacement Part Errors
- All Errors Cleared
Printer Warnings
These conditions, except All Warnings Cleared, cause the printer to issue a warning. Select the checkboxes for each user class to notify the selected user classes via email when these conditions occur.
- Paper Tray Warnings
- Output Tray Warnings
- Ink or Toner Warnings
- Other Replacement Part Warnings
- Job Accounting File Warnings
- All Warnings Cleared
When you are satisfied with your selections, click Save Changes to make your selections the default settings
for MaiLinX Alert messages, or click Discard Changes to retain the previous settings.
