Open the exit cover.

Using both hands, remove the jammed media.

Remove the entire sheet of paper; any pieces of paper left in the printer may cause more jams.
To prevent this jam from occurring, clean the printer's feed rollers. Refer to
Prevention: Clean the feed rollers
for information.
