Xerox Printer List (Phaser 840 and 780 printers only)

This page is displayed when you click the
List Printers
navigation link on any PhaserLink page. It contains a list of all Xerox printers on the same IP network as the printer you are connected to. Click on any printer in the list to view that printer's PhaserLink

Printer Name
|
Printer name as stored in printer NVRAM. If the named printer supports PhaserLink, the printer name is a lnk to that printer's PhaserLink

Printer Model
|
Printer model number, for example, Phaser 840. If the named printer supports PhaserLink, the printer name is a lnk to that printer's PhaserLink
Status
page.

Printer IP Name
|
The printer's DNS name or IP address. If the named printer supports PhaserLink, the printer name is a lnk to that printer's PhaserLink
Status
page.

|
Current printer status, one of the following:

Unavailable

Unknown
