Reading usage profile reports

Two types of reports are available:

Full report format

The full report contains only those fields that have non-zero values.

Email report format

Email reports are full reports encoded into a format that uses numbers for most of the data. The encoding makes the email messages shorter and protects the security of the data in transit. Most importantly, the encoding makes it easier to import the data into a spreadsheet for analysis and charting. You can print out a verbose full report that contains all fields, even those with zero values. This report can be used as a guide to interpret the email report. See Printing verbose usage profile reports from the front panel.

It is possible to send email reports that have the fields labeled, similar to the printed reports (for details see Specifying when reports are to be sent and specifying the report format ). However, these reports contain only those fields that have non-zero values.
