Print Multiple Pages Per Sheet (N-Up)

Pages Per Sheet (N-Up) prints the selected number of pages onto one side of a sheet of paper. Selecting multiple pages per sheet saves paper and provides a way to review the layout of a document.

Note: Pages Per Sheet (N-Up) is also part of the Earth Smart settings. Selecting Set 2-Up as my Layout in Earth Smart Settings causes the printer to choose the best way to print a job without wasting paper.

To print multiple pages per sheet:

1. On the Layout/Watermark tab, select Pages Per Sheet (N-Up).
2. Select the button corresponding to the number of pages to print on each sheet of paper. The sample image changes to reflect your selections.
3. Select Page Layout Options.
4. Click OK.
5. Click OK or Print.
